Voluntary termination of participation in self

A member may voluntarily terminate its participation in an association by giving written notice to the other members of the association and the department at least ninety days before the desired termination date. The voluntary termination shall be approved by the department if it finds that the terminating member and the remaining members of the association are in good standing and have met all requirements of §§
