South Dakota Code § 58-19-25

Prior policies--Group certificate and notice of proposed insurance, filing and approval by director--Schedules of premium rates

If a group policy of credit life insurance or credit health insurance has been delivered in this state before July 1, 1966, or has been or is delivered in another state before or after said date, the insurer shall be required to file only the group certificate and notice of proposed insurance delivered or issued for delivery in this state as specified in §§
58-19-19

58-19-21
, and
58-19-22
, and such forms shall be approved by the director if they conform with the requirements specified in said sections and if the schedules of premium rates applicable to the insurance evidenced by such certificate or notice are not in excess of the insurer's schedules of premium rates filed with the director.
