Authority's power to use facilities for other purposes on nonpayment of rent--Appropriations and funds from which rent payable

The Building Authority may, in the event of nonpayment of rents reserved in such leases, maintain and operate such facilities and sites or execute leases thereof to others for any suitable purposes. Such leases to the officers, departments, boards, commissions, other agencies, or the Board of Regents of the State of South Dakota shall contain the provision that rents under said leases shall be payable solely from appropriations to be made by the Legislature for the payment of such rent and any revenues derived by the authority from the operation of the leased premises; and, in the case of the Board of Regents, may contain an additional provision that rents under said leases may be payable from the educational facilities fund established by §
13-51-2
