Warning signs--Erection by county commissioners at expense of railroad

If a railroad refuses or neglects, for more than thirty days after notice given by a board of county commissioners, to comply with the provisions of §
49-16A-87
, it is the duty of the board to erect the signs, and the railroad is liable for all expenses so incurred by the board.
