Any other business entity formed or organized or existing under the laws of the State of South Dakota or any other state or the United States or any foreign country or other foreign jurisdiction may convert to a business trust by complying with § 47-14A-89 and filing in the Office of the Secretary of State in accordance with this chapter: (1) A certificate of conversion to business trust that has been executed by the trustees in accordance with this chapter; and (2) A certificate of trust that complies with this chapter and has been executed by the trustees in accordance with this chapter.
