Bonds of district to be delivered to United States under reclamation contract--Form--Terms--Denominations

Bonds authorized and issued as provided in §
46A-5-4
for the purpose of being delivered to the United States and held or sold by it, shall be in the form, terms, and denominations as may be fixed by the secretary of the interior in carrying out the provisions of the act of Congress of June 17, 1902, (32 Stat. 388), as amended to January 1, 2011, and any acts that are supplementary to the act.
