Election ballots on dissolution of district--Form and contents--Conduct of election

The directors shall provide ballots to be used at an election called pursuant to §
46A-4-81
, on which shall be written or printed the words: "For dissolution, Yes," and "For dissolution, No." The ballots shall be placed in the hands of the proper election officers in the several voting precincts of the district before the opening of the polls on the day of the election. The election shall be conducted in all respects in the same manner as provided for the election of officers of the district.
