Creation of irrigation district--Filing petition--Number of electors required

46A-4-2
owning or holding lands in any proposed district for irrigation may propose organization of an irrigation district by filing a petition with the Board of Water and Natural Resources in compliance with the requirements of this chapter. The minimum number of electors required to propose an irrigation district shall be three. However, if the number of electors in a proposed irrigation district is less than seven, all electors within the proposed district must join in the petition.
