Petition to suspend or cancel project--Content and form

Two

thirds of the owners of real property within the district may petition the circuit court to suspend or cancel a project, facility, or program of the district that has been planned or is underway. A petition for cancellation or suspension of a project shall be in the same form as a dissolution petition as provided in §
46A-10B-37
and shall also include the following information:
(1) The name of the drainage basin utility district;
(2) A description of the project, facility, or program to be cancelled or suspended;
(3) A statement of the reasons for the cancellation or suspension of the project, facility, or program; and
(4) The name, address, and phone number of the petition circulator.
