Jurisdiction of incorporated municipality

Nothing in this chapter other than the voluntary provisions of §
46A-10A-12
may be construed to prevent or modify the powers of an incorporated municipality from exercising drainage jurisdiction within the corporate limits and from exercising jointly with the county board or drainage commission the drainage authority outside of the corporate limits.
