46-10A-12 or 46-10A-13 --When required. The Water Management Board shall approve a petition brought under the provisions of § 46-10A-12 or 46-10A-13 upon finding that approval of the petition is in the public interest and will further the goal of efficient and equitable apportionment of water among affected water permit or right holders.
