- scale operation--Annual notice of intent to continue--Fee and reporting requirements. Except as provided in subsection 45-6B-3(6)(b), the operator shall annually file on the anniversary date of the permit a notice of intent to continue mining operations. The notice of intent shall contain an annual fee of fifty dollars and comply with the reporting requirements of § 45-6B-36 .
