Licensed employee twenty-one years or older required on premises

Any retail licensee under this chapter shall have at least one licensed employee that is at least twenty-one years of age on the premises or within a contiguous premises in full view and control of any gaming operated on the premises. The commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to chapter
1-26
, to establish the number of employees required to monitor the premises. The rules may also authorize the use of electronic devices or other types of monitoring equipment.
