South Dakota Code § 42-7A-58

Reapplication for license after denial or revocation

Any applicant for a license who has had his application denied or revoked by the executive director pursuant to §
42-7A-57
may not reapply until at least one year has elapsed from the date of the denial or revocation. Any person who has been denied a license or had a license revoked for a second time may not reapply until at least three years have passed since the date of the second denial or revocation.
