Judicial review of commission actions--Cost bond

If any licensee is dissatisfied with the decision of the commission, he may have such decision reviewed by the circuit court in the manner provided by chapter
1-26
, by furnishing a bond to the commission to be approved by the clerk of the court to which the appeal is taken, in the penal sum of two hundred fifty dollars conditioned for the payment of the costs.
