Minimum caliber of muzzle loading big game ammunition--Violation as misdemeanor

No person may hunt, shoot, shoot at, wound, kill, or pursue any big game animal with any muzzle loading rifle which discharges a projectile the diameter of which projectile is less than forty

four hundredths of an inch. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
