Acquisition of park property--Payment from county general fund

The board of county commissioners may acquire and condemn private property within the county for the uses and purposes of public parks and bodies of water in the county if and to the extent that the property is deemed necessary for such purposes. The board may pay for all property acquired and all property damaged, and the expense of creating bodies of water on the property, out of any money in the county general fund within the limitations fixed in §
41-18-12
