Issuance of wildlife violation citation to resident of participating state--Collateral not required to secure appearance--Exceptions

When issuing a citation for a wildlife violation, a wildlife officer may issue a citation to any person whose primary residence is in a participating state in the same manner as though the person was a resident of the issuing state and may not require such person to post collateral to secure appearance, subject to the exceptions noted in §
41-15A-6
, if the officer receives the recognizance of such person that the person will comply with the terms of the citation.
