Selection of district officers--Called meetings of directors--Quorum--No compensation

Directors of predatory animal districts, elected at meetings called and held as provided in §
40-37-5
, shall immediately after the adjournment of said meeting organize by choosing from their number a president, vice

president, and secretary

treasurer. Subsequent meetings of said board shall be called by the president upon reasonable notice. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any board meeting. The directors shall receive no compensation for serving on the board.
