Certain nondomestic mammals not allowed--Violation as misdemeanor

No person may bring into the state or possess in the state any nondomestic mammal unless the mammal is allowed in the state pursuant to §
40-3-25
. This section is effective on the date the rules promulgated pursuant to §
40-3-25
are effective. Any violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
