Prohibited acts

The following acts and the causing of such acts within the State of South Dakota are prohibited:
(1) The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded;
(2) The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;
(3) The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, that are adulterated within the meaning of §§
39-14-46
to
39-14-53
, inclusive;
(4) The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under §
39-14-71
or
39-14-72
;
(5) The failure or refusal to obtain a commercial feed license in accordance with §
39-14-40.1
;
(6) The violation of §
39-14-70
; and
(7) Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by §§
39-14-43
and
39-14-44
.
