Petition for inclusion of additional territory--Procedure

Petitions in a form approved by the State Conservation Commission for including additional territory within an existing conservation district may be filed with the commission, and the proceedings provided for in §§
38-8-2
to
38-8-18
, inclusive, in the case of petitions to organize a district shall be observed in the case of petitions for such inclusion. If two

thirds of the voters registered for the last general election in an area proposed for inclusion or addition to an existing district file a petition with the commission for inclusion, the area shall be included within the district.
