38-19-36.6 not applicable against unlawful possessor of anhydrous ammonia. The provisions of § 38-19-36.6 do not apply to a cause of action against a person who unlawfully obtained the anhydrous ammonia or anhydrous ammonia container or who possesses the anhydrous ammonia or anhydrous ammonia container for any unlawful purpose.
