Secretary of agriculture and natural resources as head of department--Appointment

The head of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall be known as the secretary of agriculture and natural resources of the State of South Dakota, and wherever the word "secretary" appears in this title, it shall mean the "secretary of agriculture and natural resources of the State of South Dakota" unless the context indicates otherwise.
