A service provider under contract with a direct-to-consumer genetic testing company is subject to the same confidentiality obligations as the direct-to-consumer genetic testing company, as set forth in § 37-24-60 , with respect to all biological samples, genetic data, and information regarding the identity of any consumer that is in the service provider's possession.
