Practices exempt from requirement of license

This chapter shall not apply to any person otherwise licensed in this state to do any of the acts defined in §
36-8-1
as constituting the practice of podiatry, and shall not include the fitting, recommending, or sale of corrective shoes, arch supports, or medical or mechanical appliances by retail stores.
