South Dakota Code § 36-4B-28

Suspension on failure to renew license--Reinstatement

The board shall suspend any license not renewed within the time required, as set forth in §
36-4B-26
.
The board may reinstate a license, during the twelve-month period following the date of expiration, upon receiving proof that the person who held the license:
(1) Complied with the requirements set forth in §
36-4B-26
; and
(2) Paid the reinstatement fee established by the board pursuant to §
36-4B-29
.
