Suspension of license not renewed--Reinstatement

Any license not renewed pursuant to §
36-4A-31
is suspended. A license so suspended may be reinstated during the following twelve months by application to the board and payment of the renewal fee and a reinstatement fee as fixed by the board pursuant to §
36-4A-34
