The board shall issue a license as a social worker to an applicant who: (1) Has a baccalaureate degree in a social work or social welfare program accredited by the council on social work education; and (2) Has passed an examination prepared by the board for this purpose; or (3) Has been granted licensure or applied and met qualifications under this section prior to July 1, 2015.
