Biennial registration--Cancellation upon failure to register

A licensee, either active or inactive, shall register every two years with the commission and pay a fee set by rule promulgated by the commission pursuant to chapter
1-26
not to exceed two hundred dollars. The application for renewal of a license shall be made to the commission by November thirtieth of the year the current license expires. Failure of a person or firm to register results in the expiration of the license on December thirty-first.
