The commission may require a person whose license was revoked or suspended to meet and perform certain conditions before issuing or reinstating a license to that person. Such conditions may include the following: (1) Restitution of moneys; (2) Restitution of property; (3) Periodic reports to the commission; (4) Fines, costs, and monetary penalties.
