Maximum liability of fund for acts of one licensee

The liability of the fund for the acts of a licensee, when acting as such and occurring before the date of the court order entered pursuant to §§
36-21A-101
to
36-21A-115
, inclusive, is terminated whenever such order authorizes payments from the fund for judgments or unsatisfied portions thereof, in an aggregate amount of fifteen thousand dollars on behalf of such licensee.
