Continuing professional education or peer review as condition for reissuance of certificate, license or permit

, and as a condition thereto, the board may require the applicant to show successful completion of specified continuing professional education. The board may make the reinstatement of a certificate, license, permit, or registration or of practice privileges under the provisions of §

conditional and subject to satisfactory completion of a peer review conducted in such manner as the board may specify.
