Findings of investigation--Effect

At the conclusion of the investigation under §
36-1C-4
, if the subject of the investigation is an individual with practice privileges under the provisions of §
36-20B-66
or
36-20B-67
, the board staff shall proceed in accordance with chapter
1-26
. If the subject of the investigation is not a licensee or an individual with privileges under this chapter, the board shall take appropriate action under this chapter. Upon a finding of no probable cause, the board shall close the matter and shall thereafter release information relating thereto only with the consent of the person or firm under investigation.
