Employment of counsel and assistance in enforcement

The board may employ counsel and other necessary assistance to aid in the enforcement of this chapter or for the assistance of any proceeding commenced by the attorney general or by a state's attorney, the compensation and expenses of whom shall be paid from the technical professions fund.
