A licensed pharmacy may utilize a remote drop site to deliver prescription drugs to patients if: (1) The remote drop site is under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge; and (2) The prescription drugs are prepared by, and remain under the control of, the pharmacy. A remote drop site is not required to be separately licensed as a pharmacy.
