A pharmacy licensed by the board must: (1) Be equipped with the pharmaceutical instruments and utensils prescribed by the board in rules promulgated in accordance with chapter 1-26 ; (2) Possess a stock of pharmaceuticals adequate to serve the needs of the community in which the pharmacy is located; (3) Have on file at all times the publications and supplements of formularies and drug information prescribed by the board, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 ; and (4) Be maintained and operated in a clean and sanitary condition, free from unhealth, foreign, or injurious contamination.
