Pharmacist license--Renewal--Expiration--Reinstatement--Late fee

To renew a license to practice pharmacy, a pharmacist must, on or before September thirtieth of each year, submit a renewal application and pay to the board a renewal fee set by the board in rules promulgated in accordance with chapter
1-26
, not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars. Upon application and payment of the fee, the board shall renew the license. If a pharmacist fails to apply and pay the renewal fee, the license expires.
The board may reinstate an expired license if the individual:
(1) Applies for reinstatement; and
(2) Pays all delinquent fees, plus a fifty-dollar late fee.
