Certificate issued on special inspector's report

If the report filed pursuant to §
34-29A-38
shows that a boiler is found to comply with the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Safety, the chief inspector or his duly authorized representative, shall issue to such owner or user an operation certificate bearing the date of inspection and specifying the maximum pressure under which the boiler may be operated.
