Notice to medical school of unclaimed body--Requisition by and forwarding to medical school

It shall be the duty of any person into whose charge may come the unclaimed dead body of a convict or other person to be buried at public expense, to give notice to the dean of the School of Medicine of the University of South Dakota within twenty

four hours after the receipt of any such body, specifying in such notice the probable cause of death; and upon the requisition of such dean he shall forward such body to the university, at its expense, within twenty

four hours of the receipt of such requisition.
