Amendment of vital record--Fee for delayed amendment

A vital record may be amended in accordance with rules promulgated by the department pursuant to chapter
1-26
. Each request for amending a birth, death, or marriage certificate, after one year from the event, shall be accompanied by an eight dollar fee to the department for amending the record and filing the affidavit.
