34-23A-76 does not comply with subsection 34-23A-10.1 (1)(e)(ii). The Legislature finds that the disclosure in § 34-23A-76 , made at the Planned Parenthood facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota does not comply with subsection 34-23A-10.1 (1)(e)(ii), and expressly denies the disclosure required by that subsection of South Dakota's informed consent abortion law.
