Nothing in §
34-20-24
shall be construed to prohibit or interfere with the Fish and Wildlife Service of the United States Department of the Interior from laying out poison for the control of ground squirrels, pocket gophers, mice, prairie dogs, rabbits, and other food, crop, and tree destroying rodents or magpies.
