The Public Health Advisory Committee is abolished, and its functions set forth in §§ 34-1-16 , 34-1-16.1 , 34-1-17 , 34-1-20 , 34-1-21 , 34-1-26 , and 34-1-27 are transferred to the State Department of Health.
