Waiver of right to make submission

The accused may waive the right to make a submission to the convening authority as authorized by §
33-10-182
. Such a waiver shall be made in writing and may not be revoked. For the purposes of §
33-10-187
, the time within which the accused may make a submission under §
33-10-182
shall be deemed to have expired upon the submission of such a waiver to the convening authority.
