Motorbus defined--Noncommercial fee--Gross maximum weight

For purposes of this chapter, a motorbus is any vehicle, with a seating capacity of sixteen or more persons, including the driver, used in the transportation of persons. The annual license fee for noncommercial motorbuses shall be paid based on the noncommercial vehicle fee schedule provided in §
32-5-6.3
. The gross maximum weight shall be the unladen weight of the vehicle plus an additional two hundred pounds per passenger seating capacity.
