Proof of financial responsibility for future--Person convicted of certain vehicle law offenses--Nonpayment of judgments

The provisions of §§

, inclusive, requiring the deposit of proof of financial responsibility for the future, subject to certain exemptions, shall apply to any person who has been convicted of or forfeited bail for a violation of §§
22-16-41
,
32-23-1
,
32-24-3
,
32-35-113
, and
32-35-120
or to any person who has failed to pay judgments upon causes of action arising out of ownership, maintenance, or use of any vehicle subject to registration under the laws of this state.
