Enforcement by law enforcement officers--Prosecution by state's attorneys

This chapter shall be enforced by all law enforcement officers including conservation officers, notwithstanding the provisions of §
41-15-10.1
, whether employed by the state or by any unit of local government. Prosecutions for violation of this chapter shall be conducted by the state's attorneys of the several counties and by the attorney general of this state.
