Lights required during darkness--Violation as misdemeanor

Any snowmobile on a highway, operated during hours of darkness, shall display a lighted headlamp and tail lamp in accordance with chapter
32-17
as may have been approved by the Department of Public Safety at least equivalent to that required for motorcycles. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
