Headlamps on mopeds--Violation as petty offense

A moped shall be equipped with a headlamp of a single beam type. The headlamp of the moped shall be of sufficient intensity to render clearly discernible a person or vehicle at a distance of not less than one hundred feet. A violation of this section is a petty offense.
